Mama Fu's plans three Austin locations

Mama Fu's Asian House is coming to Austin.

A grand opening for the first location in the region will be Feb. 18 at 11301 Lakeline Blvd. The menu is influenced by the fusion of Vietnamese, Korean, Thai, Chinese and Japanese cuisines.

Franchisees Randy and Rebecca Murphy -- owners of Murphy's Restaurant Group in Austin -- are introducing the concept to Austin and plan to launch two more locations in the area over the next 18 months, at Southpark Meadows and the Triangle.

"Mama Fu's is a wonderful fit for Austin," Randy Murphy says. "Everyone loves good Asian food, and Mama Fu's serves it with quality taste in an enjoyable setting."
